We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a great entry level opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with accuracy. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will help troubleshoot sales related issues, create sales estimates and orders, monitor shipments, and aid in managing customer accounts.

As this position involves direct customer support and interaction, the ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To be a successful inside sales representative, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who is detailed-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Work with procurement team on sourcing out of stock or new product.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information.
  • Create and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor shipping to ensure orders ship according to schedule.
  • Familiarize yourself with sales trends & new products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and be able to upsell those products.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.


    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 1+ years' experience in a business-related industry preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Netsuite experience highly preferred, but not required.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
    • Proven strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
    • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
    • Thrives in fast-paced collaborative environment.
    • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Self-starter and able to work independently.
