Products that are especially large or heavy may need to be shipped via freight. Freight charges will be higher than the shipping estimate shown at checkout. Please contact us for exact shipping costs, or we will reach out after purchase to confirm and adjust shipping charges.
Shipping cost paid at checkout is based on standard delivery rates. If you select overnight or next-day delivery, additional charges may apply due to the expedited service, you will be contacted to approve new shipping costs.

All requests to return merchandise must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No products are to be returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller. Restrictions apply; not all products can be returned, reach out to our team prior to purchase to confirm return eligibility. Customer is responsible for return shipment. Special Orders, cut to length cable, and made to order jumper assemblies are final sale and non-returnable. Credit or replacement will only be made after a thorough inspection of the products has been made by Seller’s representative and investigation shows that it is defective or was shipped in error. A return authorization will be given to Buyer by Seller’s sales representative for returnable merchandise and must accompany the shipment. Seller retains the right to apply a 25% restocking charge on returns. Does not apply to refurbished products.
