OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our third-party logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of supply chain management, and a proven track record of optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively coordinate and schedule transportation services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize third-party logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Oversee the execution of end-to-end logistics strategies, including freight negotiations; contract across all modes, including inbound and outbound.
- Negotiate annual contracts with all carriers, couriers, and partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Plan, review, and revise Transportation schedules and routes to ensure increased efficiency and any possible consolidation; conduct daily routing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Communicate with drivers and other facility departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Meet or exceed established performance minimums for assigned locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of third-party logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Understand and promote the company’s culture, mission, values, policies, and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and clients' customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in third-party logistics management or a similar role within the logistics and wireless industry.
- Excellent communication [written and verbal], negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team toward common goals.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to optimize logistics operations and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, as well as a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to service issues.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
